You’ll be presented with a list of all your connected devices. Tap Force Stop and confirm when prompted. Go to your Settings > Apps (or Apps & Notifications on some devices) > Link to Windows. If this doesn't work, you'll need to reset your apps on both devices. In Apps & features, select the Phone Link app from the list. If you're experiencing persistent connectivity issues after trying other troubleshooting methods, doing a soft reset of your app may help get things working again. In addition, the Your Phone Companion app for Android is now called Link to Windows. Note: We’ve changed the name of the Your Phone app to Microsoft Phone Link.
